Tsinghua SEM post-graduate student LIU Qing has won the first place in the event of Women's 1500 Meter Race at 2009 Asian Indoor Games on October 31. Her winning time was 4'19''04.
It was also the first golden metal that Chinese team has won at the Games.
The Chinese delegation participating in the Games is made up of 218 members, including 138 sportsmen. They will take part in 12 events held at the Games.
